| Rate Information &
Policies |
- Daily rate is 1/5 of the weekly rate.
- Additional persons over the base rate add $100/week or $20/day.
- We do not charge for children under
age 7.
- We reserve the right to charge for daytime
guests.
- $500 deposit is required per week of
Vacation Home
rental.
Should you find it necessary to cancel your
reservation, please notify us immediately. If we
can secure another rental for your entire
reservation, we will refund all but $50 of your
deposit. .
- Check in time 3pm (please, no early arrivals)
Check out time 9am
- Please settle-up the night prior to departure.
- Rates do not include Minnesota Sales
Tax (6.875%)
- Winter rates also available by
phone request. Only Vacation Homes available
during winter months.
- No fireworks
- No tents
- Pet Policy: We accept pets in the
cabins. We must be notified prior to arrival.
Our pet fee is $75/week or $15/night. Vacation
Homes have a
no pet policy.
- Vacation Homes are smoke free
