Long Birch Lodge is located about 3 to 3 & 1/2 hours north of the Twin Cities. We are located on the East Side of Girl Lake, next to the village of Longville.

Rate Information & Policies

  • Daily rate is 1/5 of the weekly rate.
  • Additional persons over the maximum occupancy add $100/week or $20/day.
  • We do not charge for children under age 12.
  • We reserve the right to charge for daytime guests.
  • Deposits:
    • $1000 deposit is required per week of Reunion House rental.
    • $500 deposit is required per week of Vacation Home rental.
    • $300 deposit is required per week of Cabin rental.
    • Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately. If we can secure another rental for your entire reservation, we will refund all but $100 of your deposit.
  • Check in time 4pm (please, no early arrivals)
  • Check out time 9am
  • Please settle-up the night prior to departure.
  • Rates do not include Minnesota Sales Tax (7.38%)
  • Winter rates - Only Vacation Homes available during winter months.
  • No fireworks
  • No tents
  • Pet Policy: We accept pets in the cabins. We must be notified prior to arrival. Our pet fee is $150. Vacation Homes have a no pet policy.
  • Vacation Homes and Cabins are smoke free
